Bay River Realty is a rural real estate firm serving the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula of Virginia. Our focus is helping people buy and sell homes and land that are unique to the area we serve. One of the most sought-after property-types in our market are waterfront homes, which offer gorgeous water views and the opportunity to enjoy fishing, crabbing, boating, and water sports in your “back yard.” Homes and land with acreage is also a very popular property-type, especially with so many people wanting to hunt, grow their own fruits and vegetables, ride ATVs, and simply enjoy privacy and seclusion. We also sell historic homes, water-access and inland homes, as well as waterfront and inland building lots.
