Administrative Assistant

Jaime is a valued part-time member of our team, serving as our Marketing Assistant. She plays an essential role in supporting weekly office operations and contributing to a wide range of dynamic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and elevate the client experience.

A former educator with six years of teaching experience, Jaime left the profession in 2024 to run a nonprofit organization she co-founded in 2022. She now serves the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula communities as the Executive Director of The Mother’s Heart Pregnancy Resource Center. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys reading and spending time with her three children.

With her background in education and proven leadership in the nonprofit sector, Jaime brings a distinctive blend of quick learning, creative thinking, and mission-driven dedication to Bay River Realty. Her passion for communication and collaboration aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
